PSA Nitrogen Generator 99.9% Purity Low Power Consumption

The process utilizes two vessels filled with Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS):

Adsorption: Compressed air passes through CMS vessel where oxygen is adsorbed, producing nitrogen
Desorption: When CMS becomes saturated, the process switches to the second vessel while the first regenerates
Regeneration: Nitrogen purges the saturated vessel to regenerate the CMS for the next cycle
